Rather than offering quick fixes, I help you build long lasting change and healing by exploring the root causes of symptoms. Together we'll make sense of what you're feeling and uncover what’s beneath the surface (i.e. what drives your responses, what you’ve adapted to, and what you long for). I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional distress, relational strain, or patterns that feel hard to shift. My clinical training in South Africa, Switzerland, and the U.S. shapes my culturally attuned lens that understands complexity. Our sessions are a place to think, feel, & move toward more honest and authentic ways of being.
