You are very far from being alone. There are times in our lives when we all need support and guidance, and seeking therapy shows both your courage and your desire to create change in your life. I work to create a warm and welcoming environment and bring both empathy and humor to our collaboration. My aim is to create a trusting relationship where my clients feel safe and heard. We will work on defining your goals in therapy and help you begin to expand your self-knowledge as well as your coping tools so that you have new ways to manage and respond to painful situations or recurring difficulties. I work using a variety of techniques to address the particular needs of each individual.
