Therapy is an invitation to step into a different version of yourself. One less inhibited by fears and the many masks we wear, so we don’t have to face perceived threats in our environments. Your masks, walls and other protective strategies were likely essential in your sense of safety in childhood and are sometimes needed today. However, we often become overly identified with these strategies and they disconnect us from parts of ourselves, suppressing our true nature. My services are about discovering who you are beneath those strategies and how you can reach a place of self acceptance and self love.
