I work with those ready to heal childhood wounds, navigate complex family dynamics, and deepen their creative and spiritual life. My clients are young adults, creatives, highly sensitive people, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent individuals, and BIPOC—especially 1st/2nd gen immigrants seeking to identify intergenerational wounds and access deeper connectedness. Through body-based therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and relational work, we foster embodiment and whole-person healing. My practice is holistic, feminist, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming.
