Welcome to the Adult ADHD Center! I’m a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adults with ADHD and anxiety. I provide executive functioning coaching, CBT therapy, and evaluations. I work virtually with adults in their 20s to 40s across California, New York and Virginia. My clients tend to be professionals, students, or job seekers—some with formal ADHD diagnoses, others simply navigating focus, organization, or follow-through difficulties. In our work together, we’ll incorporate CBT for emotional concerns while also learning practical tools for concrete daily needs. That might mean addressing anxiety, panic or negative beliefs, and also figuring out how to tackle things like how to brush your teeth more consistently, go to sleep earlier, text your friends back, and keep your home tidy.
