Whether it's your first time exploring therapy or you're resuming your self-growth, an active effort to change your life is commendable! My role in your journey consists of psychoeducation, supportive and reliable encouragement, and to extend an invitation to challenge old ways of thinking. I believe every individual has innate wisdom and valued assets that will be essential in achieving treatment goals. Through the years I have worked with an array of individuals seeking a change in their life. I have learned that people are much more than the problems they are faced with. My approach to counseling is casual but professional. My experience lies within addiction and trauma, although as a trained Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) clinician, I can assist with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and daily life stressors. I enjoy working with couples, teens, families, and will gladly refer anyone I feel I cannot assist.
