Throughout my ten years years as a counselor I have worked with many diverse populations including those experiencing PTSD, complex emotional trauma, domestic violence survivors, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and more. My approach includes trauma-informed counseling, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques to identify areas of lifestyle change to enhance and magnify the improvements clients see.
