I know firsthand that many of us were not given healthy, comprehensive education about our sexual bodies. Often, messages of shame or suppression—such as those from purity culture—can leave lasting wounds and confusion about sexuality. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples as they unpack past experiences, work through trauma, and discover God’s GOOD design for intimacy and sexual wholeness. Even if talking about sex feels uncomfortable or like the last thing you want to do, I will meet you with compassion and patience. Together, we can uncover the beliefs and barriers that may be holding you back.
