I am a licensed clinical psychologist in practice for over 20 years and active in teaching masters and doctorate level clinicians. My work with my clients is a collaborative journey focused on insight and resolution. This may involve a focus on reducing disabling symptoms or identifying insights to end maladaptive patterns. The treatment plans integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches and is customized to each clients' unique needs. Incorporating insight as well as solution focused/evidence-based treatment is a core approach. Ultimately, I see the goal of therapy to help my clients live more actualized and fulfilled lives.
