I like to acknowledge and celebrate those who take the first step toward therapy—it’s a courageous move. I work with individuals navigating mental health challenges, particularly within Black and Caribbean communities. Starting therapy can be difficult, and I recognize the strength it takes to begin. I prioritize getting to know each client as an individual so we can build a trusting, supportive relationship.
