My ideal client is a neurodivergent or queer adolescent or adult who feels misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck—often after years of masking, identity uncertainty, or relational strain. They need a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their authentic self, reduce emotional distress, and build self-compassion. Their goals include improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and living more aligned with their identity and values. They want understanding, validation, and tools that honor their unique experiences.
