I utilize a combination of client-centered and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to help identify and provide compassion for parts of you that may not have the most adaptive responses to your current circumstances. I also work with you to help you find new and healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. I strive to integrate authenticity, empathy, humor, and unconditional acceptance into my work and honor you as the expert of your own life. When working with children, I utilize a play therapy approach and focus on helping children identify and express their emotions in a safe environment.
