You can’t change what you aren’t aware of, and it’s hard to notice what’s keeping you stuck when you’re in the middle of it. Maybe it's anxiety that doesn’t let up, the weight of a relationship ending, conflict in your family, or patterns you don’t fully understand but keep repeating that can leave you drained and unsure of what comes next. Together, we'll make sense of these struggles and create a path toward healing and clarity I use approaches that help you notice patterns, understand how your experiences and relationships shape the present, and separate yourself from unhelpful stories. We’ll build coping skills and practice new ways of responding. I draw on research and evidence-based practices while keeping the work centered on what matters most to you.
