Are you a caregiver? Are you feeling lonely and isolated? Having a hard time connecting with other families similar to yours? I am here to listen and walk this journey with you. I have three daughters and one of them has special needs with medical and developmental disabilities. Worrying about their well-being and the future can become hard on us mentally. Feeling burnout, but having to continue to be a caregiver is stressful and exhausting. I can relate and would love to listen,provide empathy and validation. I have had the pleasure of working individually with adolescents and adults, as well as conducting family therapy sessions.
