Today is an incredibly difficult time to be navigating careers, relationships, and life in general. Many of the people I have been working with are coming into adulthood and are looking to better their lives and overcome the trauma and challenges they are faced with. These clients are looking to get a better handle on their triggers and to be more supportive of themselves. View 5 Photos I primarily work with youth: ages 16-to-24-years old. My area of expertise lies in those struggling with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. However, I do work with adults and families.
