Hi, I’m Sammi Marino, LPC-A. I’m so glad you’re here—taking the first step toward support can be one of the hardest. I’m here to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University and specialize in working with individuals navigating chronic or terminal illness, menstrual health concerns, disabilities, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, processing past pain, or just trying to get through each day, I’m here to walk alongside you, with empathy and care. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your unique story. I use a client-centered, strength-based framework and draw from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to support meaningful growth—because no two healing journeys are the same.
