My philosophy is to "keep it simple". Because those who are in need of counseling are often so overwhelmed, I feel it is important to keep the therapeutic process streamlined and noncomplicated. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and create a unique treatment plan to address each of your identified needs and goals in a simplified yet supportive and flexible manner that feels manageable. I have 25 plus years experience in the field. I have worked primarily with children and families doing individual therapy, group therapy, play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family work, parenting work and parent-child relationship therapy. Much of my work involves addressing symptoms related to ADHD, Adjustment, Depression, Anxiety, OCD and ODD.
