I believe in compassion, hope and spirituality as the driving forces in my practice. It is through these three elements that an individual finds their own truths and gains insight into their own lives. This is the essence of my practice along with learning tools to help one gain control over their issues rather than be controlled by them. View 5 Photos I specialize in a method called EMDR which is a catalyst in therapy. EMDR use to be unique to trauma but now is used in all types of therapeutic issues. I was trained by Francine Schapiro (the originator) in 1995 and have been practicing with great success ever since.
