My job is to work myself out of a job. By that I mean that when you come to see me I will work towards your no longer needing to see me because you will be free of the pain that led you to me. Ideally you will become better equipped to deal with all that life throws at you through your sessions. I believe therapy should be a healing experience and it is a relationship where I need to earn your trust and it is my responsibility to create a safe space where you can open up and talk about what is important to you. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and groups.
