There are many things that get in the way of standing strong in who we are and participating in life in an authentic way, this could be past wounds that may need tending to, life experiences that we've internalized and/or our own relationship with ourselves. I focus on helping clients explore and understand all parts of themselves in order to live a life rooted in their true self. As a relational and non-traditional therapist, I highly value rapport building; therefore I like to incorporate humor and remember at the end of the day, we are two humans in a space.
