I have a heart to see individuals find wholeness and healing from past trauma and life experiences. As a clinician, it is important to create a brave space, meeting them where they are, and using a relational approach with all my clients. It is imperative to help my clients understand why they do what they do and identify those negative mindsets that came from life experiences that have caused them to remain stuck. Then, providing them with the tools to help them discover their truth, healing from their past wounds, walking in their freedom, so they can begin to rewrite their story. I provide various therapeutic techniques specific to my client's needs. The specialty areas addressed are trauma-focused, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress management, adjustment disorders, anxiety, family and relational issues, and much more.
