Much like the saying, “when it rains, it pours”, life can be extremely difficult and you may be going through several traumatic experiences at once. With a strong passion for helping others, I’m here to offer support through these obstacles as well as help individuals heal from traumatic experiences. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, with a person-centered approach to my therapy sessions, I am here to support each client’s unique needs, help reach each client’s personal therapeutic goals and adapt my therapy style to better help with their goals.
