Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I work with children, teens, and young adults to create a safe, supportive space where they can be themselves and feel heard. My approach is grounded in building trust, curiosity, and connection. I meet young people where they are, whether that’s through conversation, play, or creative expression, and support them in exploring emotions, building confidence, and navigating life’s challenges at their own pace. Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I incorporate play, creativity, and connection. I follow each young person’s lead and tailor therapy to fit their unique needs and strengths.
