Hello and welcome. Life can be stressful and difficult to cope with at times. Throughout my 20 years of experience as a therapist, my strengths are in working with teens, young adults and families on goals to address stressors and emotional challenges. Deciding to engage in therapy can be intimidating. However learning evidence based strategies, in a calm and non judgmental environment, can help to better manage anxiety, depression, stress, parenting struggles, life transitions, and interpersonal stressors. These changes can be rewarding and life changing. We will focus on your strengths, I will accept you where you are at, and we will work on getting you to the place you would like to be.
