I treat patients ages 8-39 who are seeking weekly or every-other-week outpatient therapy. I treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and children on the autism spectrum who fall under the previous category of Asperger's Syndrome. In addition, I specialize in teaching parent strategies to shape desirable behavior in children, and work to improve communication and functioning within families. I believe that every person's environment and those close to them are part of their journey. I've been fortunate enough to work in a variety of settings such as schools, outpatient, and a partial hospital program where I mostly use CBT and DBT with children of all ages and young adults. For the entirety of my professional career I have incorporated families into child treatment as I believe that children function better when families are involved.
