I find that a holistic approach to wellness, in which I believe that every person has within themselves the power and capacity to heal, is the most effective approach to therapy. I focus on working with my clients’ strengths and enhancing their positive attributes to overcome life’s obstacles–regardless of whether those obstacles arise from grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stress, or any of the myriad of challenges that we face in our lives.
