My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you navigate the areas in your life in which you feel “stuck” or unfulfilled. I aspire to create a collaborative relationship with each of my clients, by tailoring my approach to your unique identity intersections and bolstering your confidence as the expert on yourself. I believe the most important mechanism for change is the therapeutic relationship, and so I prioritize creating a space in which you feel comfortable being authentic and brave in sharing your experience.
