I work with adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, or the stress that often comes with major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves—whether they’re adjusting to increased independence, navigating academic/work pressure, or trying to figure out who they are and what they want moving forward. I recognize that many of us struggle with vulnerability and openness, therefore my goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space. Together, we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages you to express yourself freely.
