Taking the first, or even the fifth step towards therapy can feel overwhelming especially for children, adolescents and their families. I work hard to provide a supportive, non judge-mental space where anyone can express themselves and begin to heal. I specialize in working with children and adolescents and their parents who may have suffered from trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. If they have been through difficult life experiences, have emotional regulation challenges, school and social stresses I can work with them to build resilience, self-esteem and a way to feel better throughout their day.
