Together we will explore your questions and/or concerns, come up with reachable therapeutic goals, and work as a team to achieve these goals. I utilize both verbal and non-verbal techniques in my practice. My approach is eclectic and these techniques are individualized based your needs and preferences. You do not need prior experience using art materials or creating art to participate in and gain value from Art Therapy.
