Hello! It's great to meet you. Thanks for taking the first step in exploring how you can create a more fulfilling life. I work with clients ages 14+, with a focus on understanding client's behaviors and how they impact their relationships; both with themselves and others. I believe that everyone has the capacity to learn the tools they need to have meaningful relationships and experiences. Therapy is a safe space to learn, practice and reflect on these tools and I hope that you feel empowered to take this first step. My primary treatment modalities include CBT, ACT and ABA. I interact with clients through a trauma-informed lens.
