As a therapist at Restoring Light Counseling, my goal is to listen intently and without judgment. My hope is that I can walk alongside you and help facilitate your process of self-discovery and self-acceptance. My passion is to work with women who are facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, grief and trauma. I approach counseling from a person-centered perspective. My role involves support, guidance, and structure so that you can discover a personalized solution within yourself. I also incorporate EMDR into my practice, which enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
