As a therapist my goal is to provide a safe and honest environment where all clients feel empowered. Therapy can be one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves and our loved ones. This experience can open doors to better understanding of family and transitional situations, assist with development of communication skills and provide valuable tools for coping with trauma or other challenges in life. My client-first approach involves working together to understand your unique experiences and assist you in achieving personal goals. I strive to be an ally, advocate, and conscientious facilitator during our time together. I work with Adults, teens, and children on a wide range of issues, including sexual trauma, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, children and teens struggling at home or with peers, and families and couples seeking communication or relational support. I also provide couples' therapy and am a Level I trained Gottman therapist.
