Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am a fellow traveler, story teller and story listener. I believe the stories we are drawn to intimately reflect who we are and have the ability to guide us towards our own healing. I believe the experiences we have as children are imprinted on us and mold us into what we believe about ourselves in the present: the joyful, the hurtful, and the confusing. It’s our journey to examine those experiences and identities, integrate some, and let go of the rest.
