I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert on themselves, we sometimes just need support understanding what that means. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I walk alongside you to reflect, explore, and deepen the insight you already have. With greater self-understanding, we work to apply it to where you are now and where you want to go. I find deep fulfillment in supporting others on their journey of self-discovery. I’m proud to serve clients in TX, OK, and MN. Understanding that each individual is unique, I acknowledge the diverse needs that come with therapy. I am committed to meeting you at your current stage, learning your needs, and supporting you on the path towards fulfilling those needs.
