Welcome! I'm glad you're here. There are many reasons why we reach out for help: life transitions, grief & loss, traumatic experiences, relationship issues, or simply "feeling stuck." Sometimes we can pinpoint why we feel this way, and sometimes we can't. All discomfort, situational or ongoing, deserves care and support. My style is grounded in science, and infused with kindness, curiosity, and non-judgement. I believe humor is medicine, and no win is too small to celebrate.
