Mental wellness leads to life with deeper roots and increased ability to grow. My role is to support you in both presence and knowledge. In my role as a counselor I am curious, creative, and people-honoring with a genuine, non-judgmental presence. Theory-wise, I am integrative and holistic (Gestalt- influenced, neuroscience informed, developmentally- / trauma-aware) allowing us to work together to determine what structure and tools will be most beneficial for you.
