I get truly energized working with adolescents and adults, who are ready to grow and do the work! My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel completely comfortable being yourself and sharing what’s on your mind. I provide a non-judgmental space to discuss deeper emotional concerns, while also guiding you to learn and apply practical skills. I approach counseling as a team effort—we’ll work together to set goals and make meaningful progress. While I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, drawing on your strengths, mindfulness and other techniques as needed.
