My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by the weight of their psychological and emotional challenges but is ready to take the first step toward healing. This individual may be struggling with severe mental health conditions, including mood disorders, personality disorders, or other complex issues that significantly impact their daily life. They may not yet have a formal diagnosis but are seeking assessment and support to better understand their struggles. Despite the intensity of their symptoms, they have reached a pivotal point where they recognize the need for help and are motivated to work through their difficulties.
