I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for helping young people navigate their emotional and developmental journeys. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stony Brook University, with a focus on Families, Youth, and Transition to Adulthood. I work with children and teens to help them build the tools they need to identify, process, and communicate their feelings in a healthy way.
