I have clinical experience treating adults and adolescents suffering from addiction, domestic violence, eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and psycho-social challenges. I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective, incorporating treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut as well as a Senior Counselor and Director of Internships at Darien Wellness. I received my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY and my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, CT.
