As a woman in her mid-fifties, my ideal client is an adult woman dealing with the many challenges we face in today's society. Emphasis on adults and the issues relative to the aging process, relationships, health, fitness, nutrition and overall well being. Coping with moods, hormone changes and societal issues, as well as cycles of marital challenges and on going pressures of adults in the current world we live in. My ideal clients are those who have experienced the evolution of our changing world, relationships, physical and emotional challenges and may be experiencing difficulties with aging, changes and previous trauma.
