My goal as a therapist is to empower others to learn how to manage their emotions in a functional way so that they can obtain the quality of life they deserve. I love being able to encourage others to see new perspectives and reframe negative thought patterns and behaviors. I strive to help individuals repair their relationship with their bodies and advocate for health at every size. I constantly check in with clients to meet them where they are at and make pivots to our treatment plan if needed. My intentions are always to build trust and foster collaborative conversations and set realistic benchmarks at the pace of the client.
