Openings January 2026. I work with children, teens and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression and/or trauma. I have experiencing treating a variety of fears/phobias including- medical/dental fears, school avoidance, fear of animals, fear of social settings, and selective mutism. I also treat self harm and suicide ideation. I use a variety of therapeutic methods in sessions. I like to guide my clients to dig deep to find the underlying reason(s) for the symptoms. I have received advanced trainings in early childhood trauma, preverbal trauma in children and adults, complex trauma, dissociation, IFS, grief therapy, sand tray, creative arts, and suicide prevention. I incorporate techniques from CBT, DBT and somatic.
