My passion and specialization lie in working with members of the LGBTQIA/Queer Community, Alternative Relationship Dynamics (Consensual Non-monogamy, Kink/BDSM, and adult content creators), Individuals and Couples interested in Sex Therapy, and anyone struggling with their identity and self-esteem. I am a HAES aligned practitioner and EMDR trained. This life is hard, uncomfortable, and messy. How we experience, adapt, cope, and respond to our life experiences is tethered to our ability to enjoy this life and live a fulfilled one. You are entitled to a life worth living, so let's learn how to live a life that reflects you. My eclectic approach is based around the individual, their needs, and is collaborative in nature. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship, while utilizing techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and more to address my client’s concerns and encourage change.
