I love working with clients who are looking to understand themselves and their lives more fully as they work towards achieving a peaceful, more fulfilling life. I believe in creating a warm, nurturing environment where you feel accepted, connected, and strengthened to do your work. Using a combination of art and talk therapy, we will get to know each other and set therapy goals, and then begin the process of working together with Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy.
