My ideal clients are youth and adults who are struggling with the weight of life’s challenges and are seeking a safe, supportive space to process their experiences. Many are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity concerns, or difficulty navigating life transitions. Some may feel overwhelmed by school, work, or relationships, while others struggle with low self-esteem, emotional regulation, or a sense of being “stuck” and unsure of their path forward.
