We each possess an innate wisdom, and we all lose our way from time to time. I help clients to find and listen to their intuition and access their own personal guidance to be happier and reach their goals. I have a warm client centered and spiritual approach. As a psychodynamic, body centered psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience my hope is to help clients find the courage and the resources to make changes to feel more alive and fulfilled. I also offer life coaching, internal family systems and energy medicine.
