If you're feeling stuck, paralyzed, or overwhelmed with everything life has thrown at you and you're reaching out for help, I'm here to meet you halfway. We'll work together to address your anxiety, relationship issues, and past trauma to get you feeling your best again. I take a direct, often humorous, approach while still offering warmth and empathy to create a space where you'll feel safe and welcome. I have a background in medical social work and experience working with adults from all walks of life. I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and past or recent trauma. I have a special interest in processing trauma through the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
