I provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals across the lifespan who are interested in improving their mental health and relationships through individual and family therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with life transitions, experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, exploring identity and sexuality, dealing with the effects of grief or past trauma, managing challenging behaviors, or are feeling overwhelmed trying to balance the responsibilities of growing up or parenthood.
